Prorences x Finqle

To efficiently manage our day-to-day operations, we chose to form a strategic partnership with Finqle.

Prorences is a recruitment agency specializing in the healthcare sector. With 20 years of consultancy experience, we have established ourselves as a reputable recruitment and selection partner in the Netherlands. We focus on medical profiles such as nurse specialists, physicians, occupational health doctors, GZ psychologists, and psychiatrists.

Founded in 2019, Prorences has seen continuous growth in revenue and volume every year. The persistent shortage of healthcare personnel, with 100,000 people on waiting lists in mental healthcare (GGZ) and rising absenteeism among employees, motivated my partner Robbert Bodegom and me to establish Prorences. Our mission is to contribute to a healthier labor market through our diverse range of services.

Each year, we support hundreds of specialized healthcare professionals in taking the next step in their careers. We do this through permanent employment, secondment, or on a freelance basis with one of our 600 clients, including organizations in elderly care (VVT), mental healthcare (GGZ), disabled care (GHZ), hospitals, clinics, or occupational health services (Arbo). In addition, we are working on developing an in-house marketplace where we match healthcare professionals with our clients through a self-sustaining platform.

To efficiently manage our day-to-day operations, we chose to form a strategic partnership with Finqle in 2023. Finqle has an in-depth understanding of the healthcare market, knows our clients and end-users, and supports us with various services, including credit checks, invoicing, factoring, and debtor management. Finqle’s pragmatic approach, commitment to innovation, and willingness to think along with our organization make them an ideal partner.

Behind the scenes, we are also working to automate our financial processes through Finqle Connect. This will save us considerable time in administration, operations, and cash flow management. In the long run, we also plan to offer direct payments to our freelancers as soon as their worked hours are approved by the client. Outsourcing this process to Finqle not only saves us the equivalent of half a full-time employee (FTE) but has also significantly reduced our Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
